Consumer complaints
Consumers can file a complaint through the electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico) at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
Alternative dispute resolution
If a consumer dispute can't be resolved directly, you can go to an alternative dispute resolution (RAL) entity. The official list of entities is at www.consumidor.gov.pt. CNIACC, the national consumer arbitration centre (www.cniacc.pt), covers cases without a competent regional centre (Law 144/2015).
